There’s something about this time of year that makes it easier to begin. The days are longer. The mornings are lighter. And after a long winter, most of us are ready to move again.

Starting Reformer Pilates in spring or summer helps you build good habits before the busyness of autumn and winter. Your body is more open to movement, and there’s a natural sense of energy and momentum.

For many of my clients here in Camberwell, this is the season where things start to change – posture improves, stiffness eases, and there’s a renewed sense of confidence. With one-to-one guidance, you’ll feel supported from day one, with sessions designed for your body and your goals.


How 1-to-1 Reformer Pilates Works

Each session takes place in my quiet studio here in Camberwell. No classes. No noise. Just the two of us – with space to breathe and move.

There’s no set routine you have to follow. Some days you might come in feeling stiff, other days more energetic – we’ll simply start from where you are. Sometimes we’ll focus on easing tension, sometimes on building strength or working on posture. It’s different for everyone.

When you come for your first session, we’ll have a chat. You can tell me what’s been going on in your body – what’s feeling tight, what’s not moving the way you’d like, what you’d love to feel more confident doing. From there, we’ll let the sessions unfold naturally, step by step.

You don’t need to be flexible or fit. A lot of my clients start out feeling unsure, or they’re returning after an injury, or they’ve just not done much movement for a while. That’s absolutely fine – we simply begin, together, in a way that feels manageable for you.


Who This Is For

You don’t need to be a certain age or fitness level to benefit from Pilates. I work with people from all walks of life here in Camberwell – from beginners who’ve never tried Pilates before, to those coming back after an injury or long break, to people simply wanting to feel stronger and move with more ease.
